Regarding Vehicle Protection Notices: I have received numerous calls from this "company" and asked them to stop contacting me more than once. I have been very rudely yelled at, with each representative telling me that this service is for my benefit. When I continue to ask to be removed from their call list, they hang up. Suddenly I'm getting letters from them. There is an Opt Out phone number listed. Normally I'd throw these letters out, but out of curiosity I called the Opt Out number and a recorded message asks for a SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to continue. Are you kidding me? I cannot imagine how many people are giving this "company" their personal information and/or their hard earned money for what is absolutely a scam.

Got a letter stating our car warranty is expired and to call. My fiance called. He provided the VIN and they told him our jeep was only covered up to 36000. They took all my fiances information and gave him quotes. He told them he had to discuss it with me when I got off. They tried to pressure him into putting the down payment down to save the offer. He didn't. He spoke with me and I pulled our original paperwork out and showed him we have 100000 miles warranty we've already paid for. They lied when they said they could see our warranty information on the phone clearly. And almost got our money! Don't fall for it. Check your original warranty always first
