Bait and Switch
followed an ad on Facebook promising to melt fat fast without diet or exercise, which offered me a free spin, telling me I won a 55% discount (there was no message telling me to copy a promo code and nowhere to enter a promo code or anything). The ad directed me to their site where I made the order. I clicked the Package 1 option that states "3 bottles + Get 2 Free - same as $39.98 per bottle". I was expecting to be billed $53.97 [($39.98 x 3) deducting a 55% discount]. Instead I was charged $199.98 (which isn't even the right math at the retail amount listed in the ad).
I sent an email explaining that I believe this to be a bait and switch tactic which is illegal. Several days later they offered to refund $120.00. After multiple emails from me, still no refund.
To make matters worse, a month later I received five more bottles if Keto + ACV Gummies that I had not ordered. They responded by saying that unless my account was cancelled, it rolls over to auto-ship status. Who does that? I am interested in filing a complaint with the ScamPulse.com but am unable to find the company name in the data base to proceed.
These people need to be put out of business.
When I attempted to visit their website, trueformbrands.com, I got the below warning -

I sent an email explaining that I believe this to be a bait and switch tactic which is illegal. Nine days later, they did reply and offered to give me a $70 discount, but refused to consider my request to credit my charge card the $146.01 that I believe I was overcharged. I am interested in filing a complaint with the ScamPulse.com but am unable to find the company name in the data base to proceed.
The bottles I did receive (5 of 30 each) were very non descript and do not include a company name or information to contact them. This product is probably complete bull hockey, but I am upset by their misleading ad and "free spin" and the overall shady-ness of the company. I am not satisfied with a $70 refund, I want the $146, but have no way to proceed, as they are not willing to negotiate further.
