Magazine "Editor" Rick Davis emailed stating the business had been nominated by a social media follower for an interview and feature spot in the magazine. Led to believe magazine was a local feature magazine. After interview, was told would need to pay for copies of the featured spot and thought it was a good price for some publicity. Once payment was made via Vemno, all communication ceasedand the article/July edition of a magazine never actually happened.

Posing as a magazine editor, this scammer tries to get information from people by telling them they have been nominated to be interviewed for their magazine. Then “sells” copies of the magazine to the person for their friends and family.
