Saw ad for rose teddy bear for my granddaughter. Cost $5+ shipping. Put in order as usual, paid w/ CC. Got confirmation # and comp stated will contact you when item ships and is on delivery. Order should take between 2o-30 days. 31 days later, and 3 emails from me, no contact from comp. Other comp involved Exclusive Essentials (distribution?). I traced # to somewhere in Ft Lauderdale/Pembroke Pines Fl area.

All I want now is my money back.
