This is a scam. They somehow have stolen information from legitimate companies where debt may be owed. Their tactic is to call family members or other folks connected to you and threaten legal action before they can get ahold of you. When you answer their call, they attempt to bully you into giving credit card information and state that that legal action will be the next course of action if the debt isn't paid.

Received a call from 213-288-3150 identifying themselves as True Sight Management. They were trying to collect on an old credit card which I settled eleven months ago. Once I pulled-out the file and re-verbatim that I had a "settled in full" letter they backed-off. Friggin criminals. The best thing you can do with collection agencies is record every call and print every email and keep it all in a file.

I recently signed a contract with them to settle a dept. originally owed to Ace Cash Express. I visited this site to attempt to make a payment but read this review. Now i'm going to find out through the Better Business Bureau if they are indeed a ligitamate business.

I had a missed call from phone number 646-982-0993, they left me a voicemail stating it was intended and it gave my name. Stated his name was Connor Stockman calling in regards to an important business matter attached to my name and social security number. I needed to contact 254-280-0676 and gave a file number. I called the 646-982-0993 number back and the number is disconnected. Turns out this number has called other people I know and left the same voicemail. I contacted the 254-280-0676 number and a Haylie Miller answered stated she was from TSM and they are out of Texas and gave me my birthday and last four of my social. All I had to do was say yes and agree that was my information. I informed her that right there is violating HIPPAA considering anyone can call in and agree to the information and access the information you have for me. She stated it was to collect a debt and needed card information by 430 today that they do not send out paperwork regarding this debt. I told her I would not give my card information over the phone and hung up. I called her back regarding the number calling multiple people about my account she then asked for my information to verify it was me. She asked for my address, phone number, social security number and birthday. She told me they will only call my number for me and I informed her that was incorrect I have the proof that you contacted more people and she said I was lying and hung up on me. I called the business they stated they were collecting debt for and that business stated they never heard of them nor sent them any account information. I called TSM back and got Haylie again and I asked for an address for the company she left me on hold for awhile and then stated she was sending me over to the account manager where I sat on hold for at least 2 minutes waiting for him. The account manager Robert came on and again said I need to verify your information and gave me my information and said state yes if this is correct. I informed him considering they called multiple people regarding me and all you have to do is state yes to confirm your information twice even when I called from other numbers not my phone number to show them that anyone can access my account is a violation of HIPPAA. He was mean and rude and stated that's how they work and I told him I wanted an address and he said we don't send anything by mail. I told him I spoke with the company and they said they never sent anything over to this TSM company and he stated it was sent thru a chain, the business sent it somewhere then Medi Corp had it then Medi Corp sent it to TSM but he had no contact information for Medi Corp. I hung up on him. Something needs done with this because this is a huge violation of HIPPAA they are contacting other people giving the information and people can say yes its me and access any information they have about me and it will go against me.
