This was a Duluth Trading imposter. The sale items and prices were presented as a Facebook ad from a Duluth Trading Company store going out of business. The prices were attractive and shipping was included if a certain level of purchase was made. The website and process seemed legitimate and the order was confirmed. A tracking number and link to a tracking website was emailed to me and the package was 'tracked' for about a month from China to the US and finally to my city and then it was "Delivered". No package arrived and when I contacted the company through the 'any questions' email link they apologized and said they sent another package to me. Again I was given a tracking number and the same tracking website (not UPS or any known shipping service). This time after about 2 1/2 weeks it was "Delivered" again. Their response this time was that it must have been a bad address or it is the carrier's fault. I have asked for a refund but no response so far.
