I noticed some charges on my bank account statement which I didn't authorize I called the company I did not get exactly what their name was but they said that they were a third party company they said that they would return the money that they had taken back on the card they said it would take 3 to 5 business days the five business days came I called back they said that they had system failure that it wouldn't go back onto the card therefore they were going to send an eCheck the E-Check itself is going to take 7 to 10 days I asked for them to try and put it back on the card again they refuse I finally got to speak with somebody that was higher up in the management and they said for me to contact the billing department when I called to contact the billing department I was told that the billing department had no phone number that I was not able to speak with them that the only way the money would be returned is through an eCheck now this has been going on for over a week and I still have no final results of what is going on.
