Advertised that the product was endorsed by Kelly Clarkson for weight loss and to apply for a free bottle. I qualified and a click box came up saying I had won a free bottle for $39.99 plus one free bottle. I entered payment info but when I finally got the screen that showed the amount of the purchase - review and confirm” to preview it, it said I was being charged $199.98. I did NOT confirm the order but backed up to the payment information and deleted my credit card information. I checked my bank account and it said my account had been charged $199.98, then card declined, credit given, again charged my card, then card declined, credit given, and again my account was charged. Called my bank and they said because the way trueformbrands debited my account as a “purchase” it could not be stopped from charging me without changing my credit card. They said call company direct. Called three times (kept getting “disconnected”) they said I had to accept the product. Could not cancel it. Tried to offer me a refund of half the dollar amount I had been charged but I would have to send back the product.

False advertising. Used Ree Drummond as a supporter. Their website will not open but says Danger...Scam. I have to throw away the product as I am now afraid to use it. It does not show a manufacturer on the bottle or any identifiable information. I'm out $129.93 .

Weight loss gummies that claim to have a 90 day guarantee. They did absolutely nothing. Zero weight loss. Won’t return money because I used the entire product. Then tried to charge my credit card again 30 after the initial purchase. I declined that charge but I’m still out the initial 199.88
