I ordered a hoodie and then they sent a coupon for a discount for another so i bought one for one of our kids they sent the second order first and kept saying the first order is on its way and we talked to people and we apologize and its all cleared up but almost 2 months later still no hoodie and they said it was lost i said i waited long enough and want a refund and they told me i have to send the first one back to get a refund and it has to be unused and have tags still on it in original package one month later after receiving it and being told its on its way

Myself and multiple other people have ordered expensive hoodies from this company based on YouTube ads. The company looked legit. After blowing close to $200 on hoodies for a Christmas gift on November 19, 2022, there has been no shipping and it is almost impossible to get in touch with them. I’ve sent emails and used live chat…nothing. Their website doesn’t even advertise a phone number! What reputable company does that?!
