SCAM SCAM SCAM

Saw a tiktok about Trugala and the quality of the jewelry, went to the website to purchase, with a discount code as mentioned above, purchased 2 items paid shipping and handling which was roughly $25. Then my card was compromised, and they tried to charge my card over $1,000 in doordash/square cash charges. Finally received the items and they were dollar store quality or even worse. No where to submit a return, and they are still going to keep the shipping and handling. So card was compromised and product wasn't as advertised. DO NOT SHOP!

An advertisement was posted on TikTok about this jewelry website providing a discount code to purchase items. After purchasing items I realized the website Trugala.com is a scam and they’re taking hundreds of peoples money. It immediately charged my card and sent me a false invoice. There is no information on the website about a location or contact information other than a faulty email which is [email protected].
