We have NEVER had an account with Truist, BBC or Suntrust. Called the number 844-487-8478
and gave them social security number . Said there was no account under that number, to call another number 800-786-8787 put on hold for 22 minutes and no one answered the phone. Both cards show different partial account numbers..
