They asked for a picture of my license and to scan the bar code on the back to be scanned. Cancelled my appointment twice and spoke to EJ to reschedule and when I called saying I had no code to get in he said my ID couldn’t be verified. Put me on hold and told me he would get me a property manager, but since it was Saturday no one was available. When he put me on “hold” I could hear him shuffling around and refused to give me anyone’s name except his.
