She offers a free reading and then offers spiritual healing. She uses her ability and manipulates
vulnerable people into purchasing candles to heal and then promises to refund after she is done.
She uses many different payment methods under different alias and knows how to work them so that it
is impossible to get a refund. I was in a very low place in my life and she took advantage of me. I used
Paypal and she told me I could not run the transaction as a “service” because the funds would be held
for 28 days and it wouldn’t help my case. She walked me through running my first transaction as
“friends and family” and needless to say this is how all of them were run. Through this process she
convinced me that horrible things were going to happen to my family and she pushed me into a darker
place where wasn’t sleeping, eating, called out of work and became suicidal. When I mentioned this to
her she got upset and told me not to talk like this and told me to delete the texts of me saying this to
her. I was finally able to snap out of the funk she put me in and I reached out to a client of hers off of
venmo and this made her furious. She became a tad threatening and kept telling me I shouldn’t have
done that. I begged her to do the right thing and refund us. She refused. I ended up filing disputes on
Paypal for all my transactions and I told the other client to file on her end. We spent a whole day doing
this. Next day the scammer crystal contacted me demanding more money because she said I ruined
things by contacting her client and she had to fix them. I refused and demanded my money once again.
She said she couldn’t refund me until she stopped this client and said that we both messed up her
accounts and the money was going back to us. I thankfully recorded all of our calls and I have her on a
call saying how Paypal pulled the money from her account and sent it to me. I acted shocked and was
hopeful I was getting my money back from this nightmare.
This was not the case. I was denied due to them stating I violated their policies by running them as
friends and family. I sent screenshots of the texts showing them this woman told me to do it this way. I
sent in letters and everything I had to show them I didn’t do this on purpose. I was advised to and I
didn’t know what I was doing until now because she worked me into her scam. They told me to do a
charge back with my credit card companies and I will get my refund. I did this and since then I have
made more than 3 handfuls of calls to both credit card companies and paypal. I have filed complaints
with the IC3, FTC, Police Reports, CBI, FBI and 4 different news channels. Ive been dealing with this for
almost 5 months now and I am exhausted on the urge of giving up but still pushing forward because
someone has to help me. Paypal has given me false hope and mixed messages. 6-7 agents at paypal
conferenced on 4/7 calls with my credit card companies told me that they recovered the money and
that I won the case. The credit card companies just need to write in and request my refund. However,
both sides were going back in forth about what they needed in writing from each other and neither
were agreeing. Paypal advised they can only verbally tell us I won but the credit company needed this in
writing and paypal refused. On 4/2/19 I conferenced a call with a *** ***/Paypal and *** #LASDHA/Barclay card and we were advised that I was going to get refund on al of my transactions and
that their back office did something wrong. He was going to have it escalated and I wouldn’t have to call
back anymore my case will be resolved.
4/17/19 I called Paypal back confd with citi bank to find an update on the refunds and I spoke with a
supervisor at paypal that advised that all 6-7 agents provided false info. I am not being refunded at this
time and wont be until my credit card companies tell them to. Also, *** *** is not researching
anything and he needs to talk to him for what he told me. Basically told me sorry we lied to you and cant
help you. We are siding with this scammer and going to allow her to do this to other people. On one of
the phone calls in march I was told that the scammers account will be closed down if they find out she is
doing fraudulent transactions through them. They don’t tolerate it and he told me that they had
multiple complaints on her for the same “friends and family” issue. Anyhow, after this call I was just
torn. I called lawyers and one suggested I go to the news channels and file a police report. I did this and
it was passed on to the CBI. I just want justice and I want her stopped so that she doesn’t do this to
anyone else.
Through my research and talking to that other client I found out this woman is 23 years old. She has two
children and she has a website advertising babysitting but it attempts to hack your computer, the other
client did a zelle transaction and we found out her real name and account info, we also found out her
paypal account is set up as a landscape company called “ truly green design”. She has changed her
names on all the accounts I am aware of and 3 weeks ago a woman that is her line of work posted all of
her Instagram names along with other scammers calling them out and trying to help others from falling
for their scams. I also spoke with a girl that was scammed a year ago, same paypal issue. She needs to be
stopped and I can provide everything I have. Please let me know what you need
