I searched websites looking for realistic reborn dolls. I came across this website - myrebornbabydoll.com which had photos of beautiful dolls. I found one I liked and made the purchase. After I did some research within the reborn community and saw videos and warnings from others regarding scammers. They showed the items they received from these sites that were nothing like the photos. I was also told one resolution these scammers offer is doll outfits instead of a full refund. I contacted the company to check on a tracking number for my item and asked for pictures of my item prior to shipping. Neither of these were accomodated and when a tracking number was provided it was never up to date information. When my doll arrived I was extremely upset - it looked nothing like the one in the photo and I contacted the company - since then I have received numerous emails from different people from this company and asking me the same questions as if they are hearing about the issue for the first time. I have filed a claim with Paypal for a full refund and was offered a $10 refund along with a doll outfit. The baby in the original photo was a boy with blonde rooted hair, blue eyes, 22 inches and extremely realistic. The one I received was 19 inches, a red hair wig with the black elastic still showing on the forehead, green eyes and a girl along with horrible skin tone. It looks like the baby got a terrible sunburn! I am obviously getting a run around and I am very upset.

I paid $190 to Truly Reborn Dolls for twin dolls. I only received 1 doll 21 days later, and it was a cheap plastic doll worse than the Dollar Store. I filed a dispute with Paypal, and they said they would do nothing as I got a doll. The Paypal rep said it wasn't fraud because I voluntarily gave them my Paypal account. I said yes, it kind of is. They didn't care that it wasn't what I ordered or that I only got 1 doll. It would cost me $465 to ship the doll back to China. The Post office said it would cost $125, but I shouldn't send it back because products sent to China are lost, and the company will say they never got the product.

I purchased a doll from this company after watching videos on Facebook of this soft, moveable, life-like baby doll. In the videos the dolls have their cheeks squished. It also shows when you life them up that their heads bobble on their necks just like a real baby. The doll that I received is a hard piece of plastic that doesn’t move at all. The doll is advertised on their website as coming fully assembled. My doll didn’t even have its legs attached. The doll is advertised as fully poseable with moving arms and legs. The arms and legs are hard and do not move. This item cost me $114.99 and is worse quality than what I could buy in a store. When I contacted them for options of returns, which they state they do on their website, I was told I could have a $10 credit. This company is obviously scamming people into buying their junk by showing videos of dolls they don’t actually sell. Their website does not have anywhere for you to leave a review although they show reviews from supposed companies. They need to be stopped.
