I saw an advertisement on television from Trulyyouthfulskin.com. I knew it was a scam and wanted to report it. They were advertising Bioderm. It is an Eye serum and facial moisturizer. I called the phone number 877-230-8990 and placed an order for the free trial. It was a free off to keep skin youthful looking. They asked for my credit card number and I gave I out. They were charging a small fee for shipping and handling. They charged me credit card $31.31 three times. For facial moisturizer.They were only to charge my charge a small fee for shipping and handling. They also charged $23.88 three times for the eye serum. They charged a total of $165.57. I have contacted my credit card company and reported the charges. They are investigating my inquiry. I received one small bottle of moisturizer that was not even full. Also received the eye serum. Two items in one box. When I called the company a recording kept saying please enter your zip card. Then it would state nothing found. I also entered my order number. Recording stated that order cannot be found. It is confusing because it also gives the name Bioderm with different phone number. I saw something on the news about this. Nothing is free.
