Don't buy from this site! I bought the sneaker for my dads birthday. Shipping time is not easy to find. It takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery! You can't cancel the order! The product comes from Asia! This is ridiculous. They say that the still have to make your sneakers! Nobody does this! This is not a custom product.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!I Initially I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers on March 4th with a 4 to 6 wk delivery. One pair for my husband and one pair for myself. About 4 weeks later they added a pink pair for sale. Pink being my favorite color I contacted them and asked if my shoes had been sent out and if not could I cancel the women's pair so I could order the pink pair. The shoes had not gone out and they canceled my pair and I ordered the pink pair. The pink pair was guaranteed to be delivered by mothers day. They had a quick pay which I used and under the quick pay they had an old address for so.e reason. I immediately wrote them and told them the situation and gave them my correct shipping address. I had to write several times before getting a message from them that they had changed the shipping address. A few weeks later I'm notified my pink shoes have been delivered...to my old address. I write them again and its perfectly clear I'm furious. They respond with basically its not their problem and when they have time they'll look into it. Thats not good enough! I told them to simply cancel both pair of sneakers and we'll just call it a day. 9 weeks later from the time I ordered the first time there have been no sneakers received and their refusing to cancel my order and credit my credit cards. I'm contacting my credit card companies today to start a fraud investigation into the company. I don't really know what else to do. They take no responsibility for themselves and their mistakes. They told me yesterday to contact the people living at my old address and have them forward me the package. As if I could possibly know who is living in a house I rented over a year ago in a state 2000 miles from where I live now. And as if its my responsibility to figure it out. It isn't! They made the mess up and are responsible for either fixing it or simply canceling my orders as requested. Their delivery on their website is now 10 to 12 weeks. I keep saying that would be for new customers. The time frame when I ordered was 4 to 6 weeks and I hold them to that. Its 9 weeks now. The company is a fraud and a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
