I ordered a sweater from an online store and the product they sent was not a sweater at all. I contacted the website explaining the issue and they said they would only refund $3 because they sent what was ordered. I sent pictures of the shirt that was sent showing the poor quality and the fact it wasn't a sweat shirt as the website showed and described. They said if I was unhappy with it I would need to send it back to China and I would be responsible for the shipping. I said that was unacceptable since they falsly advertised the product on their website. They still have yet to refund me.
