I got a message from Facebook Messenger from someone who I thought was legit, a friend of mine. This scammer claimed to be from a legitimate foundation that gives out government grants to people who are in need, seniors, etc. From the recommended of my friend, I applied for a grant of $450,000.00. I was told that I needed to come up with money to pay for fees, taxes, and special delivery. I sent cash to 2 different locations, one in Delaware, and one in Houston, Texas. I also bought about $15,000.00 in Apple gift cards
