This person is a female: she notifies you though social media (Facebook messager) tells you, you have winnings then she has you text though the phone messages. She then sends you a legal looking document from the IRS , stating that the amount of money needed for release of your winnings and that will be the only fee and the winnings will be delivered next morning. Then a fee for boarder check (since the winnings are from overseas won from entered made on Facebook) and once that is paid it will be delivered to you that evening. Then an accident happened and the FedEx trucks wrecked and burnt. Well some of the money burnt and the fire men found it that they needed money to release the package. The she notifies you that before you can receive the package containing your winnings you have to pay a fee for codes such as: serial number; ticket number; reference number. Then the package we I'll be delivered. Each time she ask for more fees she tells you she is adding more money for the delay and extra fees. And still no delivery.
