I was sent the same information as in the complaint above. I paid the $750.00 fee through Zelle for SIMBA, a charcoal grey chow puppy, 10 weeks old. Payment sent on 6/4/20. The gave a Houston, TX location. Said that the puppy would be flown to Norfolk Airport. Made several attempts to contact them after payment, but did not get an answer. Will try to find the location of the company and report them to the better business bureau. I can be reached at [email protected]

The free shipping only covers delivery to the airport. This means that
you’ll have to come to the airport to pick up the puppy. When coming,
you’ll have to bring your ID as well as the tracking number cos you’ll
have to be identified before the puppy can be handed over to you. This is
to ensure that your puppy is only handed to the rightful beneficiary(
that’s you). Once you receive the puppy you’ll have to sign to
acknowledge that you’ve received and that’s the end of the process.
Bruno is an adorable, sociable, cuddly, loyal boy who is potty trained and house broken. So we have no doubt that you'll certainly love him. We are
therefore willing to let you have him. Find attached a copy of our contract
for your consideration.
We understand that you have opted to benefit from free shipping. Be
informed that the free shipping only covers delivery to the airport. If you
want home delivery it will cost you an extra $100.
Once a puppy is paid for , we can hold the puppy and the shipping voucher
for you and then ship whenever you are ready to receive.
We usually need about 6-12 hours to prepare puppies for their journey and
we ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. So let us know which of these
days works best for you.
In this regard, we will be needing the following information;
1) Nearest airport to your location
2) Name and phone number of the person who'll be available to receive the
puppy upon arrival.
As far as payment is concerned, Most people prefer using Zelle pay cos they
are affiliated with most banks and credit unions and have no transfer
charges Zelle is equally fast, reliable and secure. Learn more about zelle

use your debit card or bank account to send payment.

Just to let you know that we have been feeding Bruno with purina puppy chow. So if you can continue with that, it will be great as this will facilitate adaptation to his new environment.

I have sent the money to the email listed.
My next question was what food is he used to but you answered that. is there any other things he is used to that I can get to make his homecoming more comfortable? any Treats he likes etc. if you could send me a couple pics of him I would appreciate it, also what size collar would I need for him where dose he sleep now in a creat or a box of some kind, I understand that I will be getting a blanket with him that will have Moms sent on it but any other info would be appreciated.

Look I hate being a pain however, I have been looking to get a dog for quite some time and I need the information to get things put together for the puppy. If you can tell me what kind of puppy chow you were using the particular flavor or give me a Picture of the bag. Also I need to know the puppies collar size so that I can purchase a leash and collar for him. I would very much like to have pictures of the puppy you have received my payment in full. I insist on a phone call this delay is unacceptable considering that you have not responded to several phone calls text messages and emails regarding the puppy itself my phone number is 904-501-6698. I want pictures of the puppy,I want to know his collar size, and I want to know his date of birth. I have made several requests for both pictures and to know his collar size since I paid you on Friday morning. You were very insistent on getting confirmation of the payment and going through with the deal however on your end I have not received any of the requested information regarding the puppy. And now you blaming COVID-19 yet in one of your emails you told me that you shipped out a puppy last Week. So what insurance do I have but if I give you more time that I will see this puppy. Proof of his existence has not been provided to me? If you were on the other side of the this deal how would you feel at this time? The only contact that I’ve had with you is via email. And if you were going to provide that kind of bad news I think a phone call would’ve been more appropriate I have been upfront and honest and blunt with you since the beginning of this deal the least you could do is pay me some common courtesy and respect with a phone call or at least an email with the information provided that I have asked for at least 3 times now. I am done. What you did to me yesterday was a completely unacceptable your lack of communication even more so. I will be reporting you to my bank your local police department both in Houston and in Arizona where your website is being created all the emails and everything will be presented over and I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as listening you on multiple sites as a scam if you do not provide either a manifesto of the puppies travel arrangements or my money back.
