Exact same experience as Reporter 360984 mentioned. Happened to us in September 2019. Trusted Home Services is no were to be found. CHICC is charging us for HEPA and reverse osmosis for over 100 dollars a month. They will put a lien on our house if we stopped payments. The buy out option is extremely expensive. I wish i could get my money back or atleast not have to pay anymore. Trusted Home Services and CHICC should be taken to court

this company used be Trusted Home Services they ripped off many people and have reopened under new name same address, same owner Mo Osman, he owes everyone

Mohammed Osman also screwed me along with many others, he has continued to do this, now his new company he has reopened isHome Care Now, he seems to have started several companies and then closes them leaving everyone stuck with contracts and all the promises made are not honoured.

Trusted home services contacted me in Dec 2019 with home protection plans; water heater and AC service and protection plans and as promotion they installed a HEPA air cleaning filter. The company promised me to buy out my water heater as well. Now they do not exist and the company who is charging on their behalf is finance company "CHiCC Canada", and dose not even know the actual sale company.

After talking to CHiCC, I came to know that I am paying for rental for that HEPA filter for 10 years. Trusted Home Services Website is gone and no active phone number. No service yet CHICC is still charging as per contract. I want to report this as a fraud and CHiCC must acknowledge this and must stop charging.
