The scammer claims to grow your instagram page, but once you pay them, they send bots to your instagram page instead of doing actual advertising to grow your account. The scammers created a bunch of fake profiles to make it seem like your account is growing when it really isn’t. This is also a direct violation of instagram’s policies. When I contacted them about a refund, they blocked my email and ignored my text messages.
