I created an account and my credit card was charged. Now it appears I have a virus on my phone.

This website offered a one time $1 search on an individual that I agreed to, then continued to charge me a $29.89 monthly fee for membership. It was not clear from their webpage that there would be any reccuring fee associated with the one time search.
