I found out the summer of 2021 that someone had stolen my identity. I lost access to social media account, my main email, which I still have not been able to recover, loans that show up on my credit reports, bank accounts I lost as well as cash app and PayPal. Equifax says I'm a deceased veteran who was married and TransUnion says I was in custody July of 2024 for theft but it is all completely wrong. It also has different names and addresses. Also on Google it says I own Woodward Park which is a nearby park but I do not own it. I don't know the exact amount because I am not sure of an exact amount because a lot of it was scams and I have not taken a dollar but PayPal, cash app, GO2 bank, vennmo and bank accounts that I have had to shut down definitely had fraudulent activity. I put a freeze on my credit but they are able to unlock it, I believe sim swapping could possibly be involved also. I made a police report but nothing has been done and I am at a loss on what to do. This is way above my head and I just want my security and privacy back. This has negatively impacted my life and my children's life greatly. I even reached out to an attorney who told me it was the most complex case he had seen. I also think they have gotten a hold of medical records and tax return as well but the IRS building I went into was not able to help me.
