I ordered a sample bottle advertised for free. Then they charged $5.46 for shipping. Then when the order was actually placed, they added more orders and I contacted them and told them to cancel, which they refused to do. I contacted the Visa fraud department and the company was still trying to add things that I did not order. I am disputing the orders for $43.76 and $6.29. I cancelled my card and Visa advised that another charge for $32.00 from Truvale was declined and I have no idea how many more they were trying to send through. Visa advises I will still be on the hook for the $5.46, but it’s a small price to pay when they could have done a lot more damage.
