Disappointed, and customer support is no help. This company is advertising 60 count pouches of feminine gummies at a buy 1 get 1 free promotion for $39.95. But when I made my purchase at checkout I was presented a separate promotion to receive another buy 1 get 1 free for $19.95. So accepted that one as well. With shipping protection of $3.95 my total was $63.85. Unfortunately when my package finally arrived I only received 2 of the 4 pouches of 60 count gummies that I was expecting. When I sent an email to customer service to request my missing gummies, I was told that the 60 count pouch is a replacement for 2, 30 count pouches. And that the 30 count pouches were sold out. But nowhere on the website were they advertising 30 count pouches at all. I was also told that buy 1 get 1 free means you only receive 1, 60 count pouch of gummies. Even though they are only advertising 60 count pouches of gummies for buy 1 get 1 free and nowhere on the website is there an option for 30 count gummies, even to say sold out. This is false advertisement. I went back and forth with the customer service representative, named Georgia, in 3 emails. Only to be told that buy 1 get 1 free results in 1 pouch. And they refuse to send me the missing product that I paid for. I have sent 3 emails to customer support. Georgia from customer support keeps telling me that 1, 60 count pouch is the buy 1 get 1 free. I purchased 4 pouches, 2 at buy 1 get 1 free. But I only received 2 of the 4 pouches. It is very misleading. Upon further investigation as I was preparing to leave a review to warn other customers to beware of the misleading fraud, I saw that other customers were scammed out of their money and not receiving what they paid as well. I read many other reviews complaining about purchasing from the buy 1 get 1 free promotion and only receiving one pouch. Even as of this moment if you go to the website you’ll see the buy 1 get 1 free on 60 count pouches only, and no mention anywhere at all of 30 count ones. The advertising is completely misleading and the company refuses to send the missing product or refund the money for items paid for and not received.
