A 'free trial offer' was accepted for basically postage only charges. The product was shipped, was bogus, I returned it immediately. My credit card was charged $4.95, $4.95, $89.95 and $89.95 by something called "Muscle Flex Pro" and "Refined Skin Pro". This was to be a money back guarantee. I have had multiple promises of a full refund since June 2017, multiple emails, multiple phone calls and still no refund. This is a scam!

This company offers a "free sample" that only requires a shipping charge. Before the item even got delivered a charge of $89.95 hit my credit card account. There was nothing in the description that said there would be additional charges.

This product is false. Joanna Gaines does not endorse this item. The terms and pricing are not readily available. They do not tell you this is a large monthly charge product if you don't cancel within 10 days.
