I ordered the product from Try-Volta.com it was counterfeit. I contacted the company at [email protected] and they said they would refund me once they received it. They did receive it and I have probably over 10 emails saying they would be sending the money soon they have since gone off-line and will not return any of my emails. I lost $299.
