I realized then that I was scammed by this website(trycanadianextracts.com) and called the bank to report the problem, the bank said talk to the trycanadianextracts.com first, so I called them, and it took a few phone-calls before some female rep talked to me, I told her, based on misleading/hidden information on your site, I was scammed, and I wanted a refund the amount of $130.57 back, she refused the refund. I called them back for a few more times, she then said the company can only partially refund for the amount of $30.00 USD, take it or leave it! This is such an outrage fraud and this kind of "Unlawful Business Practice" must be stopped!!
I've done more further research on trycanadianextracts.com site, and found out many other people got scammed from this site as well. Some said this site was operated on different names for the past years. I went back to check the site recently, and it looks like the site did some update info to give more details about the order.
The case is currently unsettled, the bank said they will try their best to get my money back, but I don't hold my breath for it. Please stay away from this site, it's a FRAUD!!
