Purchased online after seeing add on tiktok. Placed order on March 6th, received email on March 11th that there was a back order. Have not received a response to any of my last 4 emails or my phone call to the number listed on my Amex statement. Just want my money back at this point and to report them as a fraudulent business. Amex is working on it from their side.

They claim to be selling a new fidget toy in Tik Tok…made the purchase and they sent an email with a fake “order number”. Said they were low and stock and would send it when they restocked. Sent several emails with no response
