I ordered a game online for an Xmas present. The customer service was great at first. When my product stopped working the customer service agent offered a refund or replacement. The item was cheaply made and poor in quality. When i asked for a refund the line went dead and they will not respond. 40 bucks down the drain. Don't make the same mistake I did buying products from them. They will take your money and run.
