I used these products and it did absolutely nothing to help. I initially emailed for a refund. They told me to call customer service. I had to call multiple times. Noone ever answered after a long wait. I called back again and the person “couldn't hear me” so I called a third time. The lady I spoke to said that they didn't do refunds. How can you not do refunds on products that don't help. They have very long terms and conditions about agreeing to not take them to court..it does have that they refund on there. I went off on the lady and she said let me check to see what I can do. She came back on the phone and said we can give you 30% refund. So they charged me 96$ twice, for 2 bottles. Neither helped nor was I told I was gonna be charged twice. It also said I would be told when they were going to charge me. They did not. I got the emails when they physically charged as well as my credit card statements. So it was alot of money that I spent for 2 small bottles of crap. I have seen so many complaints unfortunately it was too little too late. I called me creditor and cancelled the card as well as disputing the charges. I dont know how they can still be in business stealing money from people!!
