Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
After receiving my purchase the packaging was identical to the picture I saw in the ad except for the brand name. What I received was an "eelhoe" product.
I have made previous purchases online of various items & the "eelhoe" items that were delivered were a disappointment in every instance. Therefore I REFUSE to purchase anything bearing &/or associated with the "eelhoe" name.
When I inquired about canceling/returning & getting a refund the website "FAQs" explained politely that it was not an option. Even after notifying the company's customer support dept that my purchase was partially determined after seeing a false picture in their ad. Because if a true picture was used their ad (AS IT SHOULD'VE BEEN!) I WOULD NOT HAVE PROCEEDED MAKING THE PURCHASE.
