I ordered 2 ozone mashines in Feb. Never got tracking, but kept waiting, kept checking on the shop app and it showed shipped, but no tracking. Finally found website and messaged company. Their site said delivered. I told them it had never been delivered. I have a ring camera, and have a small home business, so get deliveries daily. Never recueved. Also have NEVER gotten an email back. Messaged them from their page, got immeduate "we will get with you asap" message. Never did. Messaged again, next day got a message "sorry for your wait, we will be with you shortly" still nothing. Have messaged again twice today, and completely being ignored. They took my money and i cant get 1 person to speak to.
