Type of a scam Online Purchase
When I called customer service to cancel the order. I couldn’t understand the person. I asked where were they located and the lady said in Singapore. I asked why they were located there because the website of company says it was located in America. I asked how come you are in Singapore and the company that I want to buy the product I request an American company. The lady responded that the company is at Las Vegas. The the lady with a non- American accent and with difficulty to understand said to me: I will offer a 50% of discount you can take it or leave it, but we cannot cancel the transaction. I responded to them that here in America we have the right to cancel a transaction as a customer Rights and protection of fraud . The lady said I will hang off the phone now because you are denying the 50% off. She didn’t leave me another option and I felt forced to accept the discount, but in reality I wanted to cancel the transaction and any monthly subscription that I didn’t ask for either. They also charged me another product on top of the one I was interested in.
It’s sad to know that I was a victim of fraud. I’m not happy with this Gost company and I still want my $130 back.
