As I was searching on the market for a Pilates Reformer machine, that is how I found the website trysauna.com. They advertised to sell a variety of equipment of other brands for a discounted price. I decided to purchase a reformer from them from a brand name "Ciga Pilates". The photos showed on their website allowed to believe I was purchasing a Ciga Pilates Reformer. Once the payment went through, it took two and half months for me to receive the order. I tried time after time to get my money back since I started to believe it was a scam. As soon as I open the box I knew they sent me an item that did not match the photos and also does not match measurements provided on their website, realizing they sent me counterfeit item. I right away contacted them and asked for a refund, which they refused to provide me.
