The ad was online for a skin care product. I clicked to purchase it and they would not let you go to final check out without tacking on other charges and charged my card. I tried to call the customer service number on the screen with receipt of my order and I am being told it is the wrong number and there is no account or purchase order in their system. The customer service email is also a scam as it is undeliverable and not an actual working email. I am having to call my bank and report as a scam and can only hope I am refunded my monies.
