I was directed to this website from Instagram. Once on the website I attempted to order one product. It is an electronic toothbrush. The order went through and I got a confirmation email, order number and tracking number. After 10 business days the order had not been shipped and I tried to contact the seller. I sent an email through their website, texted the number they gave on the website, called the number on the website, and sent an email to their customer service email listed. When I called the number provided on my credit card statement, I got an answering machine of a man named "Dave". I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company.
