I purchased I skin tag remover product with an email confirmation that stated a quantity of 1 which was to be $49.99. However they shipped 4 bottles and charged me $199.75 first week of Dec 2022. I called to request refund and they sent me an email of where to send the returned unopened product for full refund. I shipped it back unopened with a USPS tracking they receieved it on Dec 14th 2022 and their website trytheamarose.com says 30day money back gaurantee. Now when I call the phone number listed on the email they sent 424-208-2437 noone answers anytime of day and the recording says it is outside of business hours which are 7am- 9pm. Now I have no product and no refund.
