Product delivered from TryTheRain.shop was not the product ordered. It was a cheaper version made of cheap plastic rather than metal. When I complained, they offered a 30% refund to keep it. I declined. They then said they needed to wait for an "approved" return box to come from China (five weeks to arrive) and then the product would have to be returned back to China (five weeks) and then inspected before a refund could be issued. Now the company has disappeared and their website is shut down.
