Ordered product for Christmas present at end of November. Product barely arrived before Christmas. Product was opened at Christmas and it did not work. Company refused to allow return on the basis it was outside their 30-day window even though it was not 30 days from the time the product was received. They never offered any customer service to address the defective product. The product was a digital binocular set.
