Ordered two jackets Nov 28 by phone after calling the number on their website. Never received a confirmation email with order # or tracking #. Called multiple times only to get a voicemail. Emailed and even though they say they'll respond within 12 hrs, they don't. I read reviews and thought it was a good company. Found other sites since then that say this company is a scam, poor quality, etc. and I'm afraid that's what's happened to me.
