The deal was by 3 bottles for $39.97 each and get two free. The next page has what I thought was an option for cbd oil which I did not opt in to. The check out did not give me a total so I checked the email receipt and saw that I was charged $198 for 5 bottles of cbd. There was no option to cancel on the website so I called customer service. They tried to make it sound as though they might have trouble cancelling the order I placed 5 minutes prior. They tried to sell me the product at a discounted price instead of cancelling. The operator said I was charged for 5 bottles because I was given the chance to use a discount but did not. When ordering there was a discount code that said was activated. I was put on hold at which time I got two emails voiding my order. One was for the $198 5 bottle order and the other was for $59.99, a charge that I did not authorize, for 2 bottles of cbd oil. I never received a receipt for the $59.00 charge. When I called they asked why I was canceling and I voiced my opinion that this was a total scam. They voided both charges. This is how I found out that I had purchased the cbd oil as well. On the website it says there is a 30 money back guarantee, however it sounded like they were not going to refund my purchase even 5 minutes after I submitted the order. I thought the whole transaction was going to be about a charge. They billed me for $260. Evidentially I was also placed in a subscription program which I did not willingly choose. After I read the terms, I realized that my purchase automatically placed me in a subscription plan. No where in the purchasing website did it say that.
