I placed an order with TryZeria.com on January 17 and it supposedly shipped on January 19. The tracking they sent said it went from one state from me to all the way across the country. It has been in Colorado since February 9. They refuse a full refund of my payment of $47.78 until the product is returned to them. They finally gave me a 25% refund after 10 emails to [email protected] demanding the product or my money back. Their website says they are based in the US but the product shipped from China. I have attached a picture of the tracking info as of today March 9.

Ordered through shop, but never received item. It shows its sitting in Iowa. I have sent several emails no reply. The number is an automated, no one ever picks up.

My first order that I displace was in December from Tryzeria.com. They automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription. When I received a second shipment I emailed them at [email protected] and they refused to acknowledge my request for a refund for the $46.84 I lost.

Advertised as a beta carotene supplement for helping the melanin in the skin arrived nothing as advertised. Completely different ingredients and contains no beta carotene which is the whole point of the product. Contacted for refund and they refuse saying they’ve repackaged
