I order two solar powered pool skimmers for $50USD.
I should have known it was a scam.
TS Tech.ltd send me two "Hand Fans" instead of what I ordered.
I filed a case against them with PayPal.
Their response:
Dear Customer: Sorry, I didn't reply to your message in time. We are very sorry for the product you received. In order to express my sincere apologies and reduce your losses, we will refund 40% of your total order as compensation. You can keep the product without returning it. If you cannot accept partial compensation and want a full refund, please return the item you received. When the company receive and confirm it is not damaged, we will issue a full refund. It is very troublesome to return the product to China. You need to spend your time to send it out, and you have to waste a long time waiting for the product to arrive in China before you can get a full refund, so I hope you can consider me suggestion. Looking forward to your reply.

You know this means they never had the product to sell and didn't expect someone to file a claim against them.
TS Tech.Ltd for the price of $19.99 , I was thinking that was kind of cheap but when I asked why it was so cheap the seller told me it's because they want me to tell other people about their products and I fell for it like an [censored]. It took almost two months to get an item but the item I received was a gray bag with two plastic pieces of material and four suction cups, the other strange thing is the item was sent from Compton California but the tracking number matches the item I bought from thr UK. I paid through PayPal so they are taking care of this and I will get my money back. So beware do not buy from this website but also do not confuse it with TS Tech. Co and other companies that have a similar name.
