I ordered 5 t-shirts from them on January 11, 2022, and my credit card was charged $101+ and I haven't received a tshirt yet. I have sent 5 emails and received no response. I looked up their address in Greensburg, PA and there is a different tshirt shop at that location so I intend to call them tomorrow to see if there is any connection. The weird thing is I have seen them selling on Amazon so I thought they were a legit company. Too bad I didn't order through Amazon so I could have gotten my money back!

Ordered a Joel Embid hoodie on January 22,2022 .I was charged $62.50.I still haven't received it .keeps saying the order is processing. Its June 1,2022 still no product. I feel something should be done about this scamming company.

I ordered a hooded dress in January 2022 and still have not received it. How are these people allowed to run a business and take folks hard earned money? Well, this is the last straw for me, I'm gone back to shopping in person.
Can this be stopped?

I ordered a hooded dress on 1/10/2022, today is 4/12/2022 and I still have no dress. I emailed and they only returned email in February 2022.

Order #XXXX was placed on 01/16/2022 and is currently Processing. Today is March 10. No response to emails and phone number just rings amd rings. Also they say they ar in Texas but 570 area code is in PA.

Do not order from this company. Ordered two shirts, 1/15, it’s now 2/23 and nothing. Have emailed and called and nothing.

I placed two orders with them, one on the 12th of December and one on the 15th of December 2021. Did not receive shipping and tracking until the 3rd of January for both, did not receive products till 21st of January, count myself luckier than others. One order w[censored] and hoodie, received both, but shipped in separate packages, but tracking was just for the hoodie. They shipped separate, received the hat 3 weeks before the hoodie, both are crap products, not what they picture.

Still have not received the hat from the second order, was jersey and hat for the wife, jersey is fair quality but not as pictured. Never receive the hat.

Have written several e-mails, he'll don't bother calling, the number is a drop. One ring, and you tell it is being forwarded, I believe to some place in Asia, never an answer.

Buyer beware.

Ordered Dec 3rd for christmas. Went with regular shipping because stated time frames put delivery well before christmas. Product arrived Jan 6th. Website updated mid December to show a nov 30th cut off for Christmas orders. Take away .. make sure you don’t care when you get your stuff if you buy from them.

After placing my order for a nearly $60 hoodie, no information besides the order number has been received. They ignore my emails & are unable to provide any information to me regarding delivery date or tracking information. I requested a refund from them today and filed a dispute with Bank of America where my account is. Please check into these people

Ordered a 3D hoodie online on 1-17 for nearly $60.00. Still no tracking number or delivery information & emails to company seem to be ignored. I disputed the charge at my bank today & will let them deal with these scammers. After reading about the victims that got the cheap shoddy hoodies after waiting an unacceptable amount of time, I'm very glad to have used a debit card that will refund my money. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS. AFTER 13 DAYS, MY ORDER IS "STILL PROCESSING". DONT DEAL WITH THESE [censored].

I ordered from here and tried too get a refund because I didn’t want it nomore but I can’t get intouch with noone , the number they put it it just rings , noone emails you back this site is a scan DO NOT BUY FROM HERE i soent over 60$ over a hooded dress and can’t even refund it or speak too noone !

Never again! I waited over 6 weeks for a hoodie I ordered for over 60 bucks. Sent several emails with no responses. then, tracking info was given after requesting it for the tracking info to never be updated. Finally when receiving the package the material is very cheap thin basically a cheap t-shirt material with a hood. For 60 bucks! But that's not what's being advertised it actually looked like plush warm material. Definitely not worth the wait or time, when requested a refund received no response. Actually after the first initial email they stop responding. Will not ever get my service again!

We ordered a hoodie from TShirt Aliens on 11/16/21. As of today, 1/15/22, the website states it is still "processing." The phone number is in Pennsylvania. No answer to multiple calls. I emailed the support email address to no avail.

Purchased an item on November 4, 2021. On November 18, 2021 received a DHL tracking number. As of December 08, 2021 there was zero movement with tracking number on the DHL website. On December 09, 2021, after emailing [email protected] stating that I wanted a refund, the tracking number cannot be located by DHL eCommerce tracking. After further research, the address on their website is for a mall in Texas that has never heard of them. The phone number is based out of Pennsylvania with no answer (called at least 12 times). Further online research showed complaints from others, stating that they never received items, they were from overseas and very poor quality or that they also received a tracking number that never had movement. A complaint was already filed with PayPal, which was the account used to purchase the item.
