I was hired back in 2023 January and was scammed into working for commission when infact it was labour disputed as hourly because there were leads and by ontario rules its not commission when there are leads and not cold calling. I was under the impression that the office was managed by another person besides Bocar the name he goes by. I saw the ad on indeed.com and applied thinking the old office changed staff but its the guy. I thought he was gona hire me again and singed the paper work thinking it was for new hire. Then realized it was to cover up his money owed to me by forging an older date on the singed form on December 2024 4th. He said rogers need to know we are in good terms which was a lie.
