My wife received a letter from Tuck Associates saying she was approved for a debt consolidation loan of $35,000 with a starting3.95% Interest rate with a confirmation code. We submitted the code and some info. We were then contacted by Financial Solutions from another State wanting to settle our debts and then pay them off with a monthly payment withdrawn from our bank. They had a Law Firm on board by the name of Heartland Legal Group also from another State. We never did hear from Tuck Associates. It appears to me that this is false advertising and bait & switch by Financial Solutions through Tuck As this is NOT a loan at all.
