Needed wrought iron security bars installed on all my windows. Tucson Ironworx LLC/Joe (owner) came out and measured all windows, Joe sent me invoice for payment in the amount of $2750.00. $1850 deposit for materials and $900.00 due at time of installation. I paid my downpayment thru Zelle April 18th, work to be completed by May 25th, 2024. As of today, no work has been started. He stated he would pay us back but have yet to see any of our money, he no longer responds to our emails or text messages.
