They offer a high paying position as a project manager. They offer a $2k-$4k payment for the training. You have to do studies for 4 days and a test on Friday. They even send you a contract.

This company is not a legal entity in the US and the New York address exists, but it is another business.

They claim their headquarters are based in London, and they give you an address for an existing office building, but no Tullow Logistics is registered as a tenant.

After the 2nd test, they ask you to do "special" projects for which you are to be paid buying office equipment for them.

Job is to work from home, no personal information exchanged just a job offer making a lot of money. Looked up address and called business, Tullow doesn't exist there and now they want me to purchase some major electronica before Christmas using there procurement process.
